Pandora, in Liberty Square at The Liberty Romford, will reopen in the coming months with a new look, including a central island feature and a more open aesthetic.
The store will also offer on-site engraving services, allowing customers to personalise their jewellery while they wait.
The store’s layout will be in line with other flagship stores in Birmingham and Manchester.
Ross Monaghan, sales director at Pandora UK, said the new-look store “offers a refreshed, more immersive, personalised experience – a perfect new look for The Liberty Romford as it continues its evolution”.
“We look forward to welcoming customers into the new store to discover our latest collections in a modern, inspiring setting.”
The store is expected to reopen in the spring, although an exact date is yet to be announced.
