After waiting nearby, police arrested two suspects and found copper piping, electrical cables and a Stihl chop saw.
Ionut Bohan, of Jessamine Place, Dartford and Eugen Stoian, of Darnley Road, Strood were both charged with two burglaries, handling stolen property and two counts of receiving stolen property.
