The Melia White House Hotel on Albany Street is seeking permission for internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of 112 apartments.
The Camden Goods Yard in Chalk Farm Road is planning to vary conditions for a major redevelopment project that includes retail, residential, and public spaces.
A loft conversion with a rear dormer and roof alterations is proposed for 75 Broomsleigh Street.
A government-funded retrofit including loft insulation, solar panels, and energy efficiency improvements, is planned for 30 Sumatra Road, West Hampstead.
Requests have also been made for replacement windows and French doors at 26 Hillfield Court, Belsize Avenue.
Finally, planning conditions related to photovoltaic panels and sustainability measures are being addressed for flats 4-6 Bedford Place in Bloomsbury.
