Redbridge Council has made a traffic order which will enforce a new 20mph speed limit zone across multiple roads in the Goodmayes area.
These roads are Audley Gardens, Oakwood Gardens, Leamington Gardens, Charlbury Gardens, Lynford Gardens, Nuffield Gardens, Upwood Gardens, Woodcote Gardens, Arundel Gardens, Cardigan Gardens, Water Lane, and Breamore Road.
The speed limit will come into operation from May 12 and will cover the entire length of each street, with the exception of Water Lane.

On this road the limit will only extend from its junction with Green Lane until its junction with Breamore Road.
The traffic order is open for feedback until June 5, and can be viewed at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY.
