Councillor Sarah Ruiz, cabinet member for education, said that parents and carers will be “delighted”.
Cllr Ruiz said: “After what can be an anxious wait, we are delighted the vast majority of our families will be happy with the news today.
“Whichever school our young people in Newham attend, parents can be confident they’ll have access to the best education, where pupils can build friendship networks and flourish as they learn, achieve and grow.
“Newham has a highest percentage of outstanding schools in the country, with over 32% being rated “outstanding” by Ofsted, and Newham’s Year 6 pupils are ranked fourth nationally for reading, writing, and maths.
She also thanked the “dedicated” schools admissions team for making the process “run smoothly”.
