Sylwester Pryzbyla, 44,of Gelsthorpe Road, Collier Row, is charged with being at The Colley Rowe Inn with an imitation firearm on December 13.
The charge sheet states “without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely inside The Colley Rowe Inn, Collier Road, an imitation firearm, namely an air rifle”.
Pryzbyla was due to attend Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday (March 7) but failed to appear.
A warrant was issued for his arrest without bail.
