Earlier this week, Fennies Nurseries announced the opening of its 25th setting, coming to Worcester Road.
Fennies operates nurseries across London, Kent, Berkshire, Middlesex, and the Surrey Hills, and its new Cheam location promises to deliver the nursery’s 33-year tradition of providing exceptional early years education in innovative environments.
The new nursery will welcome children aged three months to five years into a purpose-built space designed to support every stage of early development.
The nursery will feature carefully curated rooms for each age group, alongside a vibrant garden space that encourages exploration, creativity and a love of learning.
Alexia Fenn, COO at Fennies, said: “At Fennies, we’re passionate about designing inspiring spaces where children thrive and families feel part of a connected community.
“We can’t wait to bring that vision to life in Cheam.”
The new Cheam nursery will feature two Explorers Rooms with a dedicated milk kitchen and nappy change area, two Creators Rooms equipped with comfort cooling systems, and an Inventors Room with direct access to the garden.
Outdoor spaces include a mud kitchen, growing area, and sandpit, while a Cooking Studio allows young chefs to explore the culinary world.
Families will also benefit from a Parent Room to connect and recharge, as well as on-site buggy parking for added convenience.
In preparation for the opening, Fennies is recruiting Early Years professionals to join the Cheam team.
An exact opening date hasn’t been announced, but Fennies has confirmed that it will open in 2025.
