Mrs Gloria Rita Onuoha has applied for a premises licence for Taste of West Africa, at Unit 2, 11 Parry Place, SE18 6AN.
The business is described as a single-floor, open-plan unit operating as a takeaway and catering service.
The application seeks permission to sell alcohol on and off the premises from 12.30pm until 11pm each day.
It also asks to serve hot food and drink from 11pm until 1am, with opening hours running from 8am until 1.30am daily.
Residents can inspect the application by appointment and have until October 21, 2025, to send their comments to the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Any representations must relate to the licensing objectives of preventing crime and disorder, preventing public nuisance, protecting public safety, or safeguarding children from harm.
