The changes are due to engineering work and will affect trains from Monday to Friday (August 4 to August 8).
We have outlined and simplified the details so you can plan your journey this week.
Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday only (August 4):
From 10.45pm until the end of service, buses will run between Tonbridge and Wadhurst and Hastings.
Because of a local road closure, buses are unable to serve Crowhurst.
Passengers travelling to Crowhurst should change at Tunbridge Wells where staff will arrange taxis for onward travel.
Tuesday only (August 5):
Engineering work that usually takes place every Tuesday night between Faversham and Ramsgate will not take place.
Trains will run normally between Faversham, Margate and Ramsgate
From 11.40pm until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings and will run between:
Tunbridge Wells and Hastings calling at Wadhurst, Battle, West St Leonards and St Leonards Warrior Square.
Tunbridge Wells and Robertsbridge (calling at all stations)
Battle and Crowhurst (mini bus shuttle).
Monday to Thursday (August 4 to August 7):
The 10.37pm train from Tonbridge to Gillingham service will only run between Tonbridge and Strood.
The 11.50pm train from London St Pancras International to Faversham service will be replaced by accessible buses between Ebbsfleet International, Gillingham and Faversham calling at all stations except Higham, Newington and Teynham.
Tuesday to Friday (August 5 to August 8):
From 12.15am until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Meopham and Gillingham, and between Gillingham, and Faversham.
A connecting train will run from Faversham to Ramsgate.
The 4.14am train from Gillingham to Tonbridge service will start from Strood at 4.30am.
A replacement bus will leave Gillingham at 3.55am calling at all stations to Strood.
The 12.25am train from Victoria to Ashford International service will be diverted after Bromley South and will call at Sevenoaks, Tonbridge Headcorn and Ashford International.
Replacement buses will run between Bromley South and Ashford International calling at all stations except Eynsford, Shoreham, Kemsing, East Malling, Hollingbourne and Harrietsham.
An additional bus will run between Maidstone East and Ashford International, leaving Maidstone East at 1.27am calling at Bearsted and Lenham only for passengers to leave the bus.
Wednesday & Thursday (August 6 and August 7):
The 11.07pm train from London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Dover Priory and Ramsgate calling at all stations except Thanet Parkway.
Wednesday to Friday (August 6 and August 8):
From 12.15am until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Lewisham and Dartford via Bexleyheath and Woolwich.
Trains will be diverted to run via Sidcup instead.
