Six people were found injured after a fire broke out at Indian Aroma in Woodford Avenue on August 22.
All six were taken to hospital where two of them, a man and a woman, remain with life-changing injuries.
A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life on August 24.
He was later released on bail.
Two 16-year-old boys were arrested on September5 on suspicion of arson with intent to danger life.
They were later released on bail.
A further 16-year-old boy was arrested on September 6.
The following day he was charged with six counts of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
He appeared at Croydon Magistrates Court on September 8, and was remanded to a youth detention centre.
He will appear at the Old Bailey on October 6.
