The incident happened at around 4.20pm on June 12 at Wood Green Underground station.
According to the British Transport Police, the off-duty officer challenged a group of people who had attempted to make their way through the ticket barrier without tickets.
The victim was then allegedly set upon by the group and was kicked, punched and had a drink thrown over her.

Officers would like to speak to the people pictured as they believe they could have information which could help their investigation.
