Social media users alleged there had been an incident with multiple fatalities in Gowan Road yesterday (June 29).
However, police have denied this is true, saying there was instead a non-fatal medical incident involving a single patient.
Providing more information, a London Ambulance Service spokesperson said there were reports of an unwell person in Gowan Road around 11am.
An air ambulance was sent along with ambulance crews.
One person was treated at the scene and rushed to hospital.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 10.55am on Sunday 29 June to reports of a person unwell on Gowan Road, NW10.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car and a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took them to hospital as a priority.”
