The video has been shared on Facebook and on X, showing a group of around ten people running down what appears to be Wick Road.
A number of large blades can be seen, some in the shadows and others glinting under streetlights.
A foot chase is filmed before a person can be seen darting across the road and distancing themselves between a passing car.

Surroundings in the clip appear to match those in front of the Gascoyne 2 Community Hall building.
People in the video can be heard repeating “who is that?” and “chill out”.
The Metropolitan Police has told this paper that it is “aware of the video”.

A spokesperson said: “We are aware of this video circulating online and are making enquiries. There are no known reports or injuries.
