Paramedics were called to the junction of Whitehall and Whitehall Place at around 10.20am today (January 7).
A patient was treated at the scene and taken to hospital “as a priority”.
Their condition is not yet known and the Metropolitan Police has been contacted for comment.
Whitehall was closed northbound following the crash but has since reopened.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.21am today (7 January) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Whitehall and Whitehall Place, SW1A.
“We sent resources to the scene including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer.
“Our first paramedic arrived on scene in less than five minutes.
“We treated a patient and took them to a local hospital as a priority.”
