Throughout the programme, participants will benefit from expert mentorship, offering practical insights and guidance.
They will also have the opportunity to record three original tracks in a professional studio, equipping them with an industry-ready portfolio.

The MOBO award nominee and winner of the 2024 Diversity Champion at the Association of Independent Music Awards said: “Despite the fact Croydon talent has contributed so much to the music world, I’ve heard from so many young people that there just isn’t the resources or support to help them navigate the industry.
“Problems like social inequality, economic hardship and a lack of access to arts education mean talented young people are not realising their full potential – creatives are suffering and the music industry is lacking diversity as a result.
“Having faced significant barriers to entering the music industry myself, I believe in the importance of projects like White Hut Elevate.”
White Hut Elevate is seeking musicians in the area with one to two years of performance or composition experience and a strong passion for music.
They should be dedicated to furthering their music career and overcoming the barriers they face.
