Emergency services were called to Westhall Road at around 2.30am on Monday, August 4, following reports of a single-vehicle crash near the junction with the B270.
The road remains shut while officers investigate the scene, and drivers are being advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
Surrey Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage from the area around the time to come forward.
A spokesperson said: “We are working to establish the full circumstances of this incident and would urge anyone with information to contact us.”

A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: “We are currently dealing with a serious collision which occurred in Warlingham in the early hours today (4 August).
“Officers were called to Westhall Road around 2.30am following reports of a single-vehicle collision near the junction with the B270.
“The road is likely to remain closed in both directions for some time while we deal with the incident and motorists are asked to seek an alternative route.
“We are appealing for information to establish the circumstances of the collision and urge anyone who saw what happened or who has any dashcam footage to get in touch with us via DM quoting ref PR/SYP-20250804-0067.”
