Police were called by the London Ambulance Service to an unresponsive woman at a building on Blackhorse Road at around 10.15am yesterday (December 11).
A 70-year-old woman died at the scene.
Emma Nightingale, 36, of Blackhorse Road, has been charged with murder.
She has been remanded in custody and will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (December 13).
