Wet Pets and Twins Wedding Shop form part of the 11,000 square foot plot, which has been listed for a price tag of £1.25 million.
According to Google, Twins Wedding Shop is now permanently closed but Wet Pets is still active.
We approached Wet Pets for a comment about the listing but they declined to answer.

To the rear of the existing buildings lies a “substantial” car park that has also been included in the plot boundaries.
The description on Zoopla also reveals that there is both planning and planning development consent for the redevelopment of the site.
A proposal for six flats and three houses was granted planning consent last month by Havering Council.
Approval to change the use of the existing buildings from commercial to residential was given in September last year.
They wrote on the listing: “The site is to be sold with the benefit of the existing planning permissions and vacant possession.”
It is not the first time the land has been subject to interest involving development and homes.

A planning application to demolish and redevelop the site into 15 residential units sparked outrage among the community in 2022.
Cllr Judith Holt was among those in opposition of the proposal, which was later refused on several grounds.
Reasons given by the council included the “excessive bulk and height” of the proposed homes, as well as its “poorly laid out” amenity provision.
