The Metropolitan Police was alerted to reports of the incident on Victoria Road, Feltham, at around 5pm yesterday (January 12).
Officers were dispatched to the scene, supported by London Ambulance Service colleagues.
London’s Air Ambulance, a charity that helps treat only the city’s most seriously ill patients, was also in attendance.
An 18-year-old boy was found suffering stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported at this time.
There have been no arrests, with a crime scene set to remain in place as officers conduct enquiries.
