Police were called to Etchingham Park Road, Church End, following reports of the attack last Tuesday (March 25).
The victim was taken to hospital at the time and his injuries are not believed to be life-changing.
Victoria Park was taped off by police as investigations took place.
Maroof Azzizullah, 19, of Woodhouse Road and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be legally named have been charged on Friday (March 28) with robbery and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
They have been remanded into custody and will next appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on April 25.
