Emergency services were called to a crash yesterday (November 10) just before 2.30pm on Vauxhall Bridge.
An air ambulance and numerous other resources were despatched to the scene by London Air Ambulance.
One man was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital.
His current condition is unknown.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.26pm yesterday (10 November) to reports of a road traffic collision on Vauxhall Bridge Road, SW1V.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a cycle paramedic, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer to the scene. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
