The emergency services were called just after 7pm yesterday (June 9) to Vanbrugh Hill.
Two ambulances were sent to the scene with a paramedic in a fast response car.
The pair were taken to hospital for further treatment.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 7.08pm yesterday (9 June) to reports of a road traffic collision in Vanbrugh Hill, Greenwich.
“We sent two ambulance crews and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene.
“We treated two patients – one adult and one teenager – and took them both to hospital.”
