The former home of Ursuline Preparatory School, in Coventry Road, has been spotted on property website Zoopla for offers more than £2 million.
The private Roman Catholic school closed over summer – with pupils having their last day of learning on July 18 – despite a petition by parents to save it.

The Recorder reported in March that the closure was proposed due to “increasingly challenging” economic pressures, including the ongoing cost of living, VAT and a rise in employer national insurance contributions.
Parents were left “astounded” and “angered” after the announcement from the school, with many telling this paper there had been no prior communication about this.

The school’s three detached buildings – known as Saint Ursula, Saint Cecelia and Saint Angela – measure more than 1,200 square metres in total.
The listing adds that the property could also be partially sold to exclude the Saint Angela building and the play area at the back.
