The incidents unfolded on October 18 in Greenwich and Hornchurch.

Woman, 40, dies after stabbing at home in Hornchurch
A woman has died after being stabbed to death at a home in Hornchurch.
Agne Druskienea was found injured at a home in Cranham Road just after 1am on October 18.
The 40-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Agne’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Her husband, Augustinas Druskis, 43, of Cranham Road, Hornchurch was charged with murder.
He will appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (October 20).
Woman in her 30s taken to hospital after stabbing in Greenwich home
A woman in her 30s was taken to hospital after being stabbed at a home in Greenwich.
Officers were called to reports of a domestic incident in Reminder Lane just after 5.20pm on October 18.
London Ambulance Service crews also attended and found a woman with stab wounds and head injuries.
She was taken to hospital where her condition was confirmed to be neither life-threatening or life-changing.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
