The incidents have meant that emergency services were deployed all over the capital.
There were reports of a casualty on the track at Kingston station yesterday (December 16) at around 8.15am.
The man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
According to the British Transport Police (BTP) the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
Several ambulances were parked near the station, with sirens blaring from all the different vehicles.

Firefighters, ambulances and police swarmed Gallions Road in Charlton after a suspected carbon monoxide leak yesterday (December16) at around 9.30am.
Around 35 people were evacuated and a total of 30 people were treated at the scene.

Medics treated a man, in his 20s, at the scene for a head injury after being stabbed and he was taken to hospital.
Before being taken to hospital, the man was arrested at the scene by police on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.
His injuries have since been assessed to not be life-threatening or life-changing.
