The London Ambulance Service was called to reports of a stabbing at 3.27pm on Thursday (August 21).
An ambulance crew, two paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer were sent to the scene.
The first paramedic arrived in less than five minutes.
A patient was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital as a priority.

A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 3.27pm yesterday (21 August) to reports of a stabbing in the High Road, Tottenham.
“We sent an ambulance crew, two paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer to the scene.
“The first paramedic arrived in less than five minutes.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
