Viral footage shows the moment that the far-right activist was walking by a guy lying on the floor at the station, shouting, “he come at me”.
Police were called to St Pancras on July 28 just after 8.40pm to reports of an assault.
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, which since are not thought to be life threatening.
Officers arrested a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire on August 4 on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
He was initially released on police bail until September 2, while enquires took place.
The British Transport Police (BTP) has announced in an update today (August 27), that the Crown Prosecution Service determined there was “not a realistic prospect of conviction” following a review of the “available evidence”.
In a statement released today, the BTP said: “Officers worked at pace to gather evidence, including CCTV footage and witness statements, however the victim did not wish to provide a statement to the investigation.
“We presented a file of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) – who are responsible for considering the evidence available and deciding whether it meets the legal threshold to charge someone with an offence.”
While the force has not named Robinson as the initial suspect, he has talked about the incident quite a few times on his social media platforms, declaring his innocence.
The arrest took place at Luton Airport shortly after 6.30pm, after officers were notified that the suspect had boarded an incoming flight from Faro.
BTP said the man had been wanted for questioning after leaving the country to Tenerife in the early hours of August 29.
In one video at St Pancras, Robinson was seen walking past a man on the floor.
In another video, Robinson had also filmed himself that day while walking in the station.
He was then seen boarding an airport shuttle in Tenerife.
The BTP continued: “Following a review of the available evidence, the CPS concluded that there was not a realistic prospect of conviction and therefore there would be no criminal charges in this case.”
