Several piles of waste were pictured abandoned across Tomkyns Lane on the morning of October 12.
The dumped loads entirely blocked two sections of the road near to the opening that leads out onto Southend Arterial Road.

Among the rubbish, cardboard boxes, broken furniture, black bin bags and sim card packaging could be identified.
The waste is believed to have been produced from a shop clearance and has now been cleared away.
Havering Council officers are now making enquiries to trace the fly-tipping back to those responsible.
