Ali Walker, who goes online by the name of Ali Kingston University, is said to have been the man who drowned at Three Kings Pond, near to Three Kings Piece, on August 11.
Your Local Guardian reported at the time that emergency services were called to the scene at 9.45am to concerns for the welfare of a man in the water.
Firefighters were recorded trying to retrieve the body and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have since confirmed that the man was in his 40s.
Following the drowning, rumours circulated online that the TikTok influencer had died – with many people linking this paper’s article to Mr Walker’s alleged death.

This paper has been looking into the allegations of his death since rumours began to circulate near August 19.
It was understood that the drowned victim was referred to the Inner West London Coroner’s Court, but despite our requests the coroner’s court said it would be “unable to confirm or disclose specific details” about the death referred to its service.
Friends of Mr Walker have however indicated that he has died, and that he had been the man who drowned in Mitcham.
The Daily Mail has also released a report stating that Mr Walker had drowned.
According to the Mail funeral prayers were held at Morden’s Baitul Futuh mosque on August 14 and he was reportedly buried last week at a cemetery.
The 43-year-old is well known online for wanting to ‘jeet’ – have sex – with controversial porn star Bonnie Blue, who is known for her stunt of having sex with over 1,000 men in 12 hours.
Mr Walker’s TikTok account has since been removed.
