Boka was launched from inside The Palms Hotel on Southend Arterial Road, in August.
The Mediterranean restaurant is the latest string to be added to the hotel’s bow, amid an ongoing multi-million pound refurbishment.

A DJ, dancers and fire eating were among live entertainment acts for the evening.

A section of the restaurant was transformed for the occasion into a dance floor, with balloons strewn across the ceiling.
