The Harvey Centre made the delivery to Maybury Open Door, a long-running community space in Harlow that offers support and activities in a relaxed, inclusive environment.
Centre manager Bryan Young said: “We’re proud to host Maybury Open Door here at the centre.
“It plays such an important role in bringing the community together.
“We encourage others to get involved – whether through volunteering time or donating supplies.
“It’s a vital initiative, and we’re committed to supporting it.”
The donated items will be used to expand the range of activities available to visitors, helping to foster social connections and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Located opposite Cineworld inside The Harvey Centre, Maybury Open Door is open every Tuesday and Friday from 11am to 3.30pm.
The centre has served the community for more than 20 years, offering a place for adults to relax, join group activities, or simply enjoy a coffee and conversation.
It aims to help people build confidence, make friends and feel part of a supportive community.
Maybury Open Door continues to encourage donations and volunteer support to help maintain its services.
