The Gym Group’s 255th gym nationwide launched last month in the Westworks building at White City Place.
Covering 12,000 sq ft, it offers dedicated zones for cardio, strength, and free weights, along with multiple Olympic lifting rigs.

The fully equipped site also features a timetable of free classes available through The Gym Group’s app.
Specialised HYROX training is available at White City as one of 130 HYROX Training Clubs across The Gym Group’s locations.

The gym has no-contract, flexible monthly memberships.
For a limited time only, new members can join for £19.99 per month plus a £10 joining fee for the first twelve months.
