The Gym Group, which runs 252 sites across the UK, is opening its Swiss Cottage location in Finchley Road on October 21 at midday.
The new gym will provide 24/7 access, a variety of fitness equipment, and free classes for members.
Its location opposite Swiss Cottage tube station provides easy access for Londoners.
The Gym Group plans to open 14 to 16 new gyms across the UK this year, with a total of 50 new sites over the next three years.
The Swiss Cottage gym will be one of 120 Gym Group sites offering specialist HYROX training sessions – hybrid fitness workouts that combine high-intensity running with functional strength exercises.
In partnership with NHS Charities Together, the Swiss Cottage branch will also pair with a local NHS charity to support fundraising and well-being initiatives.
