Reports released by HM Revenue and Customers every three months name and shame the businesses and individuals who have been caught filing incorrect tax reports across the country.
HMRC last released a new list in late November 2024.
Many are ordered to pay penalties for either deliberately filing errors in their tax returns or deliberately failing to comply with tax obligations.
A telecoms engineer from Cressingham Grove was named.
Telecoms engineer Michael Joseph Sweeney from Cressingham Grove was fined £43,729.87 after £64,073.08 in tax was questioned between April 6, 2019, and April 5, 2022.
Redwan Hossain, a contractor and delivery driver from 56 Montacute Road, was fined £21,947.01 after £51,797.73 in tax was questioned between April 6, 2015, and April 5, 2021.
Heating engineer David Peter Owens, of 4 Hayden Court, Garth Road, was also named and shamed.
David Peter Owens was fined £14,006.08 after £25,465.61 went unaccounted for between April 6, 2012, and April 5, 2015.
Sivasubramaniam Nimalraj, an accountant from 18 East Avenue, Wallington, was fined £36,087.40 after £97,750.06 went unaccounted for between April 6, 2016, and April 5, 2019.
