The Brewery is set to introduce a £1 charge for surface level parking to shoppers from September 21.
It is understood to be the first time shoppers at the centre have been asked to pay for Sunday parking.
According to its website, Sunday parking is currently free not only for surface level parking but also for the multi-storey parking.
The charge will be introduced later this month, only affecting shoppers seeking to park in the surface level carpark (Image: Grant Odger) However, weekend surface level parking charges at the shopping centre are already notably higher than those charged for parking in the multi-storey.
All Saturday charges are at least £1.25 more at the surface level car park.
A notice has been pictured at the entrance to the surface car park, warning shoppers of the change.

It reads: “From September 21 £1 surface level parking on Sundays. FREE multi-storey parking on Sundays.”
The surface level carpark provides 616 spaces, 50 of which are designated disabled parking spaces.
