The latest charges authorised by the Crown Prosecution Service come as the demonstrations near The Bell Hotel in High Road continue.
It is understood that the hotel has been allocated as accommodation to house asylum seekers.
Lee Gower, 43, of High Street has been charged with violent disorder and assault by beating of an emergency worker following an incident on July 17.
Gower was remanded into custody to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on July 26.
18-year-old Joshua Meadows of Sunnyside Road has been charged with failing to remove an item worn on demand by a constable, and possession of cannabis following an incident on July 24.
He has been bailed to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on September 24.
Ast Chf Const Stuart Hooper said: “We continue to support the right to peaceful protest but continue to warn those intent on attending to disrupt and cause damage that affects the people of Epping, that they are not welcome here.

“We continue to have a robust policing plan in place for future events which will minimise disruption to the local area, while facilitating peaceful protest.
“We’re continuing to investigate previous incidents of violence and disorder linked to a small number of individuals and carry out enquires to identify those responsible.
“It means that they too will appear in court.”
