The Antelope on 76 Mitcham Road in Tooting closed today (February 24).
The pub, which has outdoor seating, live music, a fireplace, smart dining room, and a beer garden, will undergo a refurbishment in the meantime.
The owners of The Antelope have confirmed that the pub will reopen on Thursday, April 10.
In a statement on Instagram, the owners said: “We’re taking a short break to bring you something even better.
“We’ll be closed from 24th February but get ready as we’re coming back with a bang on 10th April.
“Get ready for the same great vibes, refreshing pints and delicious food.
“Cheers to the good times ahead.”
