The works, due to begin on August 11, will see road closures and restrictions brought in across parts of Sutherland Avenue, Westwood Lane and Groombridge Close.
Sutherland Avenue will be closed at its junction with Westwood Lane, while Groombridge Close will see waiting and loading banned on both sides of the road between Westwood Lane and house numbers 10 and 11.
The southbound cycle lane on Westwood Lane, between Eltham Highview and the traffic lights, will also be suspended during the works.
Diversions will be signposted, with alternative routes including Sutherland Avenue, Hook Lane, Wellington Avenue, Burnt Oak Lane, Days Lane, and Blackfen Road.
The restrictions will only be in place while the work is ongoing and will be marked with traffic signs.
Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles, as well as those working on the project.
