The manager of the branch confirmed that the business is “moving premises” but did not clarify where to.
It is only the ground floor unit which is up for sale, with the upper floor flat having been sold off on a long leasehold basis.
According to the Rightmove listing, the property provides a front sales area which could be “suitable for a variety of retail or office uses”.
