A woman reported that Darren Holliday had been harassing and stalking her between August 2024 and February this year.
This included “calling her non-stop”, attending her home and workplace, and phoning her work.
Holliday, 43, of Laburnum Road in Colliers Wood, pleaded guilty to stalking involving serious alarm or distress and harassment causing fear of violence.
Magistrates noted that he posed a “persistent threat to the victim”.
A restraining order was made which will last until 2031.
