The force received a report of a vandalization that took place at a premises on Sutton High Street on Saturday (September 6) overnight.
Officers have launched an investigation into the incident and are urging members of the public to come forward with any information.
There have been no arrests.
In a statement a spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police are investigating an allegation of criminal damage at a business premises in Sutton.
“A woman reported to police at 09:09hrs on Saturday, 6 September a business on Sutton High Street had been vandalised overnight.
“Enquiries continue.
“No arrests have been made.
