With a fresh fit-out, warm service, and bold flavours, this new spot already feels like a welcome addition to the area.

We had to try the new Hot Honey Glaze – a sweet, sticky sauce with just the right amount of heat.

If you like a balance of sugar and spice, it hits the spot.

I went for the Full Flavour Fix Boneless Bundle, which includes eight boneless wings, three tenders, seasoned fries, and dips – all for £14.50.

It’s a serious feast, and the portions are so generous that it easily stretched into a second meal.

I picked garlic parmesan tenders, hot honey boneless, and Louisiana rub boneless wings, with a side of lemon pepper fries, blue cheese dip, and ranch.

The chicken was crispy, juicy, and coated in layers of bold seasoning.

The garlic parm tenders were rich and savoury, while the Louisiana rub brought a smoky, spiced punch.

The lemon pepper fries were the perfect salty-sour balance to cut through all the richness.

What really stood out – aside from the food – was the team.

From the moment we arrived, the staff looked after us with genuine friendliness and care. For a brand-new opening, the service was already running smoothly.

With great food, great vibes, and just around the corner from home, I’ll be back for more.

Wingstop currently operates dozens of sites across the UK, employing more than 2,500 people, following a rapid expansion programme.

The business opened 18 new locations last year, including its largest site, at Westfield Stratford in east London.

Chris Sherriff, chief executive at Wingstop UK, said: “2024 has been a landmark year for Wingstop UK, marked by record site openings, a new flagship location and industry accolades.

“This year we are poised for even greater growth, with plans to expand into new regions and create hundreds of jobs.

“Thank you to the brilliant work of all our employees, who drive us to keep growing, whilst providing a personalised and authentic experience to wing-lovers up and down the country.

“There is huge momentum, and we can’t wait to bring our flavours to more areas across the UK.”

The growth of the brand comes amid a boom for chicken chains in the UK, with Popeyes also rapidly opening new sites and new players such as Dave’s Hot Chicken and Chick-fil-A entering the market.
