A premises license application was spotted taped to the window of Bamboo Garden in Station Lane last week.
The form was also submitted online to Havering Council.
The applicant is Btrmlk Limited and addresses the premises at 17 Station Road as ‘Artisan Burger’ although it still has the Bamboo Garden shopfront advertising.

It is not clear when or why Bamboo Garden closed down.
The license seeks to sell “late night refreshments” on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11pm until midnight.

It also seeks to sell alcohol from Monday to Thursday from 11am-11pm and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am until midnight.
A pavement license was also submitted by Btrmlk to Havering Council but this is no longer visible on the council website.

Representations against the premises license can be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD until November 3.
