The 5K sponsored walk, called Walking in Memory, will take place in Saffron Walden on Sunday, September 14.
Now in its seventh year, the event is organised by St Clare Hospice and begins and ends at The Common.
Rosie Brewer, events relationship fundraiser at the hospice, said: “Walking in memory is going to be a special event – it’s a chance for families and friends to come together, share stories, and remember loved ones in a really uplifting way.
“It’s not just a walk, it’s a celebration of life, community, and care.
“Plus, every step helps raise vital funds for the hospice, so your steps will make a real difference.”
The walk starts at 11am, with the event village opening at 10am.
Tickets include entry to the walk, a barbecue sausage or burger (with vegan options available), a handmade keepsake heart, and a free St Clare T-shirt after the first JustGiving donation.
St Clare Hospice provides care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses and relies heavily on community fundraising.
