The works will affect trains from Monday to Friday (September 15 to September 19).
We have outlined and simplified the details so you can plan your journey this weekend.
From approximately 11.30pm until the end of service, Southern trains will be amended as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (September 15, September 16, and September 18):
The 10.33pm train from Uckfield to London Bridge train will terminate at East Croydon.
The 11.58pm train from London Bridge to Streatham Hill train will not run.
A replacement bus will run from London Bridge to Streatham Hill calling at intermediate stations via Sydenham.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (September 16, September 17, and September 19):
The 12.17am train from London Bridge to Caterham train will be diverted and run non-stop from London Bridge to Selhurst, then at all stations to Caterham via East Croydon
The 12.35am train from London Bridge to East Croydon train will be diverted and will only call at Tulse Hill, Selhurst and East Croydon.
A replacement bus will run from London Bridge to East Croydon via Sydenham, calling at all stations.
