The incident happened in Southend Lane, Bellingham at around 11.30am today (November 10).
Emergency services were despatched to the scene.
The man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital by paramedics.
His condition is unknown at this stage.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called today (Mon 10) to reports of a road traffic collision in Southend lane, SE6.
“We sent an ambulance crew and treated a man at the scene before taking him to hospital.”
