The lines in the Petersfield area will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work.
On Saturday, London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Guildford services will terminate at Haslemere.
Replacement buses will run between Haslemere and Havant via Petersfield.
A revised service will run between Havant and Portsmouth Harbour.
