The progress has been seen inside 46 South Street, in a recent visit to the town centre.
It was most recently occupied by The Body Shop, but has been vacant since March 8.

The company was bought out of administration by a consortium headed by the Auréa Group in September last year.

In August a large hole has been made in the corner of the shop floor, revealing blue corrugated piping.
The unit is under offer (Image: Newsquest) The wall next to the hole has been partially torn down, with blue stop cock valves typically used for below ground cold water.
The previous ‘to let’ sign has now been partly covered over by a sign saying ‘under offer’.
