A legal notice posted on the entrance of The Shelverdine Goathouse confirms that the lease has been terminated and that the landlord’s agents have taken possession of the premises.
The notice, issued by property enforcement firm Penham Excel Ltd, warns that any unauthorised attempt to enter the building will result in legal action.
The document was signed with today’s date (March 14).
