The venue, at No 1 Marechal Niel Parade, has already been granted planning permission by Bexley Council to change use from a retail unit to a micropub.
The approved plans include a new shopfront, awning, and outdoor seating.
Now, an application has been submitted for a premises licence to allow the sale of alcohol every day from 12pm to 11pm.
The licence bid was made on July 21 by Anushiya Miyuran Pratheepan.
Residents have until August 18 to have their say by emailing licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk or calling 01732 227004.
Planning conditions mean the venue must close by 10pm from Monday to Saturday, and by 8pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
Live music and primary cooking are not permitted, and sound insulation must be installed to protect nearby homes.
